Jambo Education are hiring! We are actively looking to recruit consultants to work within the education recruitment sector for our Truro office. We are looking for energetic, motivated and competitive people who want to start a career in recruitment. We are looking for applicants actively looking to set up a career based role right here in Cornwall.
As a Trainee Consultant you will undergo a training bootcamp to provide you with all the tools needed to focus on your sales career. We offer a range of support and benefits across the company including:
- 10% commission from induction, moving up to 30%
- Competitive salary packages from trainee to managing consultant
- On the job training + assigned team leader from induction
- 3 month trainee recruitment bootcamp
