Job Type- Permanent on site

Salary- £32500 - £34500. Dependant on Experience
Hours- 08.30-17-00 Mon-Fri
Duties to include:
· Managing and assisting in the day to day store operations
· Ensuring customer satisfaction
· Monitoring & maintaining stock levels
· Training and managing staff
Ideal Candidate:
· Self-starter with a desire to get the job done
· Be organised and methodical in their work
· Possess a good knowledge of agricultural products and their purpose
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Have experience of stock control systems
· A counterbalance licence would be advantageous but not essential
· Store management experience
· Experience leading/supervising a team
Pay: £32,500.00-£34,500.00 per year
