Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bar Manager at our small, family-run steakhouse and cocktail bar. You'll lead our bar operations with energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for exceptional service. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee the running of our intimate bar, manage a small team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Working hours are Friday and Saturday evenings to begin with, with the opportunity to pick up more hours throughout the week if willing.
Your cocktail knowledge, creativity, and hospitality expertise will help shape our drinks offering, while working closely with the kitchen to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, stock control, food safety, and customer service, while bringing fresh ideas and inspiring those around you.

Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards in food and beverage preparation
- Develop innovative drink menus and collaborate on food production ideas that enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Experience working in hotel or bar environments with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Barista experience or knowledge of beverage crafting is desirable
Pay: £14.00 per hour
