We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Experience Lead.
We are looking for a dedicated, adaptable, and highly motivated individual to become part of our home care services team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing rotas, demonstrating a strong commitment to service delivery, promoting effective teamwork and maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
· Required to undertake all relevant training for the post.
· Good understanding of the care sector and keen to develop your skills.
· Development of personalised care plans for individuals supported by Invercare Services.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £27,821 pro rata

Experience/Licence
- Care: 1 year (required)
- Driver’s licence (must have own car and business insurance)

Pay: £14.46 per hour
