Experienced Front of House Staff Location: Don Padrino, Dundee Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Age Requirement: 18+ Pay: Competitive salary, dependent on experience About the Role Don Padrino is looking for experienced Front of House staff to join our team in Dundee. We are looking for confident, professional and reliable people who already have experience working within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. You should be comfortable looking after your own section, communicating with guests and working as part of a fast-paced team. This role would suit someone who takes pride in good hospitality and understands that great service is about more than simply taking an order. Responsibilities - Welcoming and seating guests - Taking food and drink orders accurately - Managing your own section during service - Providing attentive and professional table service - Developing a good understanding of our food and drink offering - Handling guest requests and resolving minor issues professionally - Processing payments - Preparing the restaurant before service - Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation - Working closely with the kitchen and wider Front of House team - Supporting colleagues during busy services What We’re Looking For - Applicants must be aged 18 or over - Previous Front of House or restaurant experience is essential - Confident working in a busy service environment - Strong communication and customer service skills - Professional and well presented - Reliable and punctual - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Comfortable working as part of a team - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends - Able to remain calm and organised during busy periods Experience with wine, cocktails, bar service or higher-volume restaurant service would be advantageous.
