The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their LinkedIn campaigns are running successfully while building long-term, trusted relationships.
Your clients can range from one man bands to global, enterprise organisations across any industry you can think of!
As an Account Manager, you'll work directly within our operations team to deliver campaigns, identify opportunities for optimisation and help clients maximise their return on investment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of B2B clients and acting as their trusted advisor
- Leading onboarding sessions with new clients, setting clear expectations and gathering campaign information
- Developing and implementing LinkedIn lead generation strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
- Writing, reviewing and testing outreach messaging to improve campaign performance
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to optimise results.
- Presenting campaign performance, insights and recommendations during client meetings
- Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive account management.
- Collaborating with our internal operations team (including our paid advertising and content team) to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on time
- Identifying upsell opportunities where additional services could benefit clients and increase revenue for StraightIn
- Staying up to date with LinkedIn, B2B marketing and lead generation best practices
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy delivering results.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Success or Customer Success role
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously whilst giving each one the same care and attention
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- A commercial mindset and confidence discussing campaign performance with clients
- Experience within digital marketing, lead generation or B2B marketing (LinkedIn experience is a bonus but not essential)
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help clients succeed
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
