Join Our Friendly Reception Team!
We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our busy 10-surgery mixed NHS and private dental practice in Cambridge.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, well-established team in a modern practice equipped with the latest technology.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, professional and caring approach
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence using computer systems (dental software experience is an advantage but not essential)
- Previous reception, customer service or healthcare experience is desirable
