We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our team across our busy convenience store and other locations.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be 18 or over (due to licensing laws and the possibility of occasional bar work).
- Available to work evenings, including Friday and Saturday nights and Bank Holidays until 2:00am.
- Able to work confidently on your own and use your own initiative, as this is a lone-working role.
- Honest, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly with customers and able to enjoy a bit of banter—our regulars like a laugh, so a good sense of humour is essential.
- We’re looking for people who genuinely want to work, take pride in what they do, and are prepared to put the effort in. A positive attitude, common sense, and a strong work ethic are essential.

The role includes:
- Serving customers and operating the till.
- Cash handling, cashing up, and balancing tills.
- Opening and closing the shop.
- Stock replenishment and regular stock checks.
- Keeping all work areas clean, tidy, and well presented.
- Occasional bar work when required.
- General day-to-day duties across our convenience store and other locations as required.
Hours & Pay:
- Part-time hours initially, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time position for the right candidate.
- National Minimum Wage, with a pay review after successfully completing a six-month probation period. A pay rise will be considered based on performance, reliability, and commitment.
Experience is welcome but not essential—we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
