We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Team Leader to join our Bo’ness store, becoming part of an award-winning team known for delivering high standards in retail and customer service.
This is a key role within the store, supporting the Manager and taking responsibility for the day to day running of operations in their absence.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, supporting, and motivating the team on shift
- Opening and closing the store as a key holder
- Ensuring store standards are consistently maintained
- Managing deliveries, stock control, and availability
- Handling cash control and completing required records
- Following all company and security procedures
- Dealing with day to day issues and reporting to the Manager
About the role:
Our Team Leaders are central to the success of the store. You’ll work hands on alongside the team to ensure the store runs smoothly, remains well presented, and provides a safe, welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, hands on approach
- Reliability and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Hours & shifts:
- Minimum 2 x 8 hour shifts per week
- Shifts typically 6:00am–2:00pm or 2:00pm–10:00pm
- Set on a 4 week rota, which will include some weekend working
- Flexibility required for holiday cover and additional shifts when needed
Additional requirements:
- Must be aged 18+ due to alcohol licensing laws
We’re looking for someone ready to step into a leadership role and grow with the business. Immediate start available, with training beginning in the coming weeks.

Pay: £13.51 per hour
