RJD installations Limited are a fall protection contractor to many leading organisations within the UK for the Installation and Maintenance of safety equipment at heights.
We are looking for a new part time team member to join our business who has a good attention to detail and the ability to self-motivate
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for general secretarial/administrative tasks to support the Company Director.
Hours of work – 2 days a week (2-6 hours each day only working on Wednesday's and Thursday).
Full in-house training will be given.
Your duties will include:
- Weekly tracking of company expenses for RJD personnel
- Weekly input of information onto outlook calendar
- Carry out general filing tasks
- Photocopying and general administrative duties
- Managing a fleet of vehicles for breakdown calls
- Complete, track and manage the monthly submission of expenses and costs
- Management of payroll and company payments
To be considered for the role of an Office Administrator you must have:
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Computer literate
- High attention to detail
- An excellent telephone manner
- Be able to prioritise work efficiently
- Be able to communicate at all levels
