This role is open for applications from students who are looking to complete a placement year as part of their undergraduate degree programme.
This is a hybrid role 3 days in the office per week in Chorley (PR6 7BX). Applicant must be able to comfortably commute.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant (Student Placement) to support our marketing and sales teams in producing engaging marketing materials and content. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and build practical marketing skills in a commercial environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating brochures, product literature and case studies
- Producing content for social media and the company website
- Designing sales presentations and marketing materials using Canva
- Writing clear, persuasive copy across multiple platforms
- Supporting exhibitions and working closely with the sales team
About you
- Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related degree
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Confident using Canva and Microsoft 365
- Creative, organised, and detail‑focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
