Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily activities and ensuring operational efficiency
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Skills
- Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or similar environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Organisational skills with an aptitude for time management and prioritisation
- Experience in sales management, merchandising, and administrative tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in stock control and visual presentation
