Pay: Up to £13.75 per hour, depending on experience

The White House in Inverness is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to join our team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering great service.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the venue and will be responsible for helping to ensure every shift runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running shifts and leading the team during busy services.
- Supporting and motivating team members.
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards.
- Working across both the bar and floor.
- Supporting the management team with the day-to-day operation of the venue.
- Helping train and develop team members.
- Ensuring the venue is clean, organised and ready for service.
- Dealing confidently with guest queries and resolving issues when required.
- Opening and closing the venue when required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident leading a team and running shifts.
- Friendly, approachable and professional.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Reliable, organised and able to use their initiative.
- Passionate about providing great customer service.
- A strong communicator and team player.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but we're also happy to hear from experienced hospitality team members who are ready to take the next step.
Bar knowledge and experience would be an advantage.
