At Equiom, we're looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Associate to join our Management Accounting team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. As part of our Management Accounting team, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our global business, helping to ensure processes are accurate, efficient and well managed.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices and financial documentation accurately and efficiently
- Supporting Accounts Payable and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities
- Maintaining supplier records and ensuring financial information is up to date
- Assisting with payment runs and invoice processing activities
- Responding to queries from colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders
- Managing team mailboxes and maintaining organised electronic records
- Supporting audit readiness through accurate record keeping and document management
- Providing administrative support to the wider Management Accounting team
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes pride in delivering accurate work.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in an administrative, finance support or processing role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in a finance, professional services or corporate environment
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable or Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Experience using finance, accounting or ERP systems
- Familiarity with document management systems
