The Role
As a Claims Administrator you will:
- Be first point of contact for new clients, taking down claim details, obtaining initial evidence and reviewing prospects.
- Maintain ongoing client communications: ring clients, respond to queries, reassure and advise on the process.
- Review and analyse vehicle damage.
- Liaise with third parties including medical experts, engineers, insurers, solicitors and agencies.
- Prepare and draft correspondence to clients.
- Sort and distribute incoming post.
- Assist the team with incoming reception calls.
- Ensure adherence to internal Service Level Agreements, regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Maintain accurate records, update case management systems and report on file status.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong record of administration within personal injury claims.
- Strong communication skills: you’ll be speaking to clients, so empathy, clarity and professionalism are key.
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail: managing targets, deadlines and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude: able to work under direction and also take initiative.
- Comfortable using IT systems (case-management database, MS Office). Proclaim experience preferable.
Desirable:
- Proclaim experience or similar
