About the Role
We're looking for a creative, proactive and organised Content Creator & Social Media Manager to take ownership of the social media presence across two exciting businesses:
- Future Padel – one of the UK's newest premium indoor padel clubs.
- Cotswold Manor Estate – a collection of luxury group accommodation properties specialising in hen parties, celebrations and corporate stays. www.cotswoldmanorhouse.co.uk / www.cotswoldspahouse.co.uk / www.cotswoldmanorcottage.co.uk
This is a hands-on creative role. We want someone who enjoys filming, editing, photography and storytelling, and understands how to create content that people genuinely want to engage with.
No two weeks will look the same. One day you could be capturing the atmosphere of a busy padel social or coaching session, and the next filming a luxury guest experience, private chef or corporate event at the Manor Estate.
Responsibilities
You'll take ownership of the social media content across both businesses, including:
- Planning and delivering the social media strategy.
- Managing our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
- Planning and maintaining a monthly content calendar.
- Filming and photographing content on location.
- Creating high-quality Reels and short-form video.
- Editing content ready for publication.
- Writing captions and scheduling posts.
- Creating Stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Responding to comments and messages where appropriate.
- Working with our team to promote events, guest experiences and special offers.
- Monitoring performance and bringing fresh ideas and campaigns to help grow both brands.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience creating engaging social media content.
- Has a strong portfolio of photography and video work.
- Understands what performs well across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Is confident filming, editing and managing social media accounts independently.
- Has excellent attention to detail and a good eye for branding.
- Is organised, reliable and able to work without close supervision.
- Is creative, proactive and full of ideas.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own transport.
Equipment
Applicants should have access to professional-quality content creation equipment suitable for producing high-quality social media content. This would typically include:
- A modern smartphone capable of filming high-quality video (or equivalent camera setup).
- Stabilisation equipment such as a gimbal.
- Wireless microphones for clear audio.
- Editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.
What you'll receive
- £200 per day.
- Flexible working around content opportunities.
- Free court hire at Future Padel (subject to availability).
- Complimentary tea and coffee while working.
- Creative freedom and ownership of the role.
- The opportunity to shape the social media presence of two growing brands.
- A varied role across hospitality, leisure and lifestyle businesses.
- The opportunity for the position to become permanent following a successful trial.

- A brief explanation of the equipment and software you use to create your content.
