We’re looking for an experienced Upholstery Machinist to join our production team in Long Eaton. If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering outstanding work, we’d love to hear from you.
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 11:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble upholstery components to specification
- Produce accurate, secure stitching that meets our high quality standards
- Inspect finished items, identifying and correcting any defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines
Experience & Skills
- Previous sewing experience, ideally within upholstery or similar textiles
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work
- Good organisational skills and confidence following detailed instructions
