We’re looking for someone motivated, organised, and eager to learn to join a fast-paced and supportive team.
What you’ll be doing: Commercial Support Administrator
- Processing software customer orders and supporting the sales team
- Looking at renewals and all order management related to this
- Updating customers with order and delivery information
- Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Maintaining and updating records and systems
- Account Management of customers and looking for potential new opportunities
What we’re looking for: Commercia Support Administrator
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers (Excel or similar is a bonus)
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
