We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a thriving coastal restaurant on the Isle of Wight, offering an exciting opportunity to join a busy, quality-driven operation in one of the island's most desirable locations.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead the brigade while maintaining exceptional standards throughout service.
This is a hands-on role that would suit a strong Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
As Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef with the daily management of the kitchen
- Lead and motivate the brigade during service
- Help maintain consistently high food standards
- Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times
- Support ordering, stock control, and minimising wastage
- Train and develop junior members of the team
