We're looking for a passionate and reliable Full-Time Cook to join our welcoming team at The Nightingale Centre.
If you enjoy preparing fresh, home-cooked meals, thrive in a busy kitchen, and want to work somewhere that genuinely values its staff, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking meals for residential groups and guests.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Working as part of a supportive kitchen team.
- Helping with food preparation, stock rotation and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
- Catering for a range of dietary requirements and allergens.
What we're looking for:
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen.
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene (Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification desirable, but training can be provided).
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
