We are a 4* privately owned Hotel on the outskirts of Swindon with 108 bedrooms, 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants, extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities, Leisure Club & Beauty Salon.
We are a busy venue with corporate delegates, leisure guests, celebrations events, Christmas Parties and much more. We are currently looking for a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for food & drink to join our team.
Requirements:
- To have excellent Food & Beverage knowledge and service skills.
- To be responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar outlets
- To drive staff training and ensure a high quality hospitality service is delivered.
- To have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile.
- Have a passion for food and drink
- Ensure an efficient service is provided at all times

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in this role type, within a 4* Hotel environment
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience of supervising and motivating an F&B team within a Hotel environment
- A positive attitude
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Hours of Work: You will be required to work 5 days over 7 which will include weekends on a rota basis. Shifts will include 6am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 5pm - 2am
