Your key responsibilities as a Beauty Salon Manager include:Effectively and efficiently manage the operation of the beauty salon.To ensure that the beautician are aware if the salon availability and that every opportunity to maximise salon sales are taken.To develop and supervise your team to anticipate customer’s needs, act upon and follow up customer’s request and deliver a level of service and responsiveness that generates compliments. The comfort of the customer’s should be the forefront of any training.To provide quality customer service and satisfaction at all times.To attend all the meetings as scheduled.To provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director.To ensure that all clients details are maintained.Establish and enforce product knowing standards.Be able to resolve disputes between customers and junior staff. Support, motivate and supervise the beauticians. Perform other tasks at the level of the roles as directed by your senior staff in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
Qualification and experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience required in a similar role and setting.
