Responsibilities

- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to deliver consistent care
- Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress made
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation and growth

- Relevant qualifications or training in social care are advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for successful applicants
