We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers.
You will have a minimum of 1 years customer service experience, ideally within the motor trade but this is not essential.
You will manage telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries. You will also work closely with the Technicians in the workshop supporting parts orders and gaining authorisation for additional work.
This is a key role within the business, helping customers understand their vehicle needs and ensuring excellent communication between customers and our technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer email enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Book MOTs, servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and tyre appointments.
- Provide quotations and explain vehicle work in a clear and understandable manner.
- Liaise with technicians regarding vehicle progress and relay updates to customers.
- Contact customers regarding additional work authorisations.
- Manage workshop diaries and booking schedules.
- Process invoices and customer payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Follow up with customers after visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the promotion of additional services where appropriate.
- Assist with general reception and administrative duties.
Pay: £28,100.00-£33,000.00 per year

Experience:
