We are seeking a professional and reliable Chauffeur Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including luxury cars, lorries, or specialised transport, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Transport clients or goods to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Assist with loading and unloading heavy items when required, demonstrating physical strength and proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organised vehicle interior and exterior at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and dispatch teams to coordinate schedules and address any concerns.
- Plan routes efficiently to optimise travel time and fuel consumption.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and discretion during all engagements.
Qualifications
- Valid UK driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, particularly in commercial driving or as a delivery driver.
- Experience handling heavy lifting and manoeuvring large or bulky items safely.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with clients and team members.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to perform routine checks and minor repairs if necessary.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings if required.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality at all times.
