Responsibilities

- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health & safety legislation at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimise food production and presentation.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
- Organise training programmes for staff development in hospitality skills and food safety practices.
Skills
- Proven management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, food preparation, and serving standards.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary processes, and food safety regulations.
- Experience in supervising food service operations such as barista services or general restaurant management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
- Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers alike.
