We're looking for a confident, bubbly and highly organised Treatment Coordinator to become a key player in our growing team. If you're passionate about people, love being part of a dynamic environment, and have a keen eye for both detail and style, this could be your perfect fit.
Whether you're an experienced TCO, a qualified dental nurse ready for a new challenge, or someone with excellent people skills who is eager to learn and develop within dentistry, we'd love to hear from you.
Flexible working options - we have availability for 7 days in total to be split across two individuals. Therefore the role could be anywhere from 2 days per week to 5 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for new patients making them feel right at home from the very first call.
- Carry out consultations for cosmetic treatments including Invisalign, Dental Implants, Composite Bonding, and Smile Makeovers.
- Coordinate patient journeys, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Work closely with the clinical team to help patients feel confident and informed about their treatment plans.

Experience & Qualifications:
Qualified Dental Nurse preferred but not essential
Previous dental experience would be advantageous
Full training can be provided for the right candidate
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or healthcare is welcomed
