The Chequers Inn is a busy 17th-century hotel and restaurant near High Wycombe, with great transport links to London and the South East. We’re looking for a dependable bar professional to join our close-knit team.
You’ll work closely with the management team to keep service running smoothly and help maintain the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere our guests love.
What we’re looking for
- Confident or willing to learn with orders, cash handling, stock, and day-to-day bar duties
- Calm under pressure, friendly, and professional
- A team player who takes pride in doing things well
The details
- Full-time role, with a mix of straight and split shifts
- Includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays (with some flexibility)
- £12.71–£13.50 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly tips/tronc of approx £600
- Live-in available
