SIA Front of House Security Operative

What We’re Looking For:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- At least 12 months experience in the leisure industry or a customer service role
- Compliance with BS7858 standards, with the ability to provide a 5-year checkable work history
- Reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a professional and friendly attitude
- Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and the venue
- Respond effectively to disturbances or incidents, following set procedures
- Conduct security searches when required
- Maintain a smart appearance and a customer focused approach
- Work confidently under pressure and demonstrate sound decision-making in challenging situations
- Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards

Experience:
- Security: minimum 2 year (required)
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- SIA (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
