The Role
We're looking for a reliable and adaptable Warehouse Operative to join our Dunfermline team in a multi-skilled position covering Order Picking, Replenishment and Goods In.
No two days are the same here. You'll move between teams as daily demand requires, building a genuinely varied skill set across the warehouse rather than doing the same task day in, day out. With an early start and an early finish, you'll have your afternoons back and every weekend off — a real plus for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Replenishing pick locations to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Receiving and checking deliveries into the warehouse (Goods In)
- Booking stock onto the system and putting away to correct locations
- Working flexibly across different warehouse functions as required
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Working to pick targets and operational schedules
- Supporting colleagues across the wider warehouse team
What We're Looking For
- A quick learner, able to pick up multiple processes and systems
- Strong team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual and committed
- Good attention to detail and pride in accuracy
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities day to day
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential
