Job Summary
We are looking for Cafe Manager and Barista hero's to join our team, you'll be the heartbeat of our service! In this dynamic role. You'll be part of the team for the most important service of the day, breakfast, energising our guests for the day ahead. You will then seamlessly pivot into our vibrant cafe where the service is vibrant, fast paced and buzzy. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest has the best day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the breakfast service to ensure the guest areas are ready to go, appealing and well organised.
- Deliver a fast paced, but attentive service style.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide friendly service to enhance their experience.
- Manage food and beverage stations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely delivery of orders.
- Work within a daytime cafe environment, where a friendly face and fast paced service are a must.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for coffee culture is a plus!
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting with excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Understanding of what it takes to work within a fast paced hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: £27,040.00-£34,320.00 per year
