We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented full or part time Bar Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, serving food and beverages and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer enquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Take orders and process payments accurately.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
- Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with the correct opening and closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
