Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, scheduling, managing, and execution of various technology projects and initiatives. This role partners with Spencer customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver projects as defined in the SOW/contract with quality, on time, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities

● Partner with Spencer customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to successfully deliver and execute.
● Forecast top line revenue and cost.
● Deliver projects on time and on budget.
● Manage competing priorities; provide sound, logical planning of activities.
● Develop project plans from customer requirements and interactions with various parties and internal stakeholders.
● Provide daily/weekly status reports in a variety of formats, both written and verbal, at a high level.
● Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the customer has what they need to understand current status, and collaborate with the customer to work through challenges.
● Provide leadership to cross-functional team members while driving to a common goal.
● Provide consultation, make recommendations, give appropriate advice, and/or facilitate decisions.
● Identify and drive process improvements.
● Show project metrics at both a detailed and leadership informational level.
Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum of 5 years of computer service experience in a fast-paced business environment.
● Minimum of 3+ years involved in project management, from an individual contributor to a PM.
● Solid overall understanding of technology systems, infrastructure and cabling preferred.
● Retail experience preferred but not required.
● Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma are helpful.

Pay: £38,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
