This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £29,000, with higher rates for Level 5 qualified professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain professional competency and ongoing CPD.

- Collaborate with functional skills coaches for effective learner delivery.
Quality & Compliance:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure data protection and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Support learners to achieve qualifications within agreed timelines.
- Deliver high-quality blended learning, coaching, and assessment.
- Track and report learner progress using a digital portfolio.
- Conduct timely progress reviews in line with delivery models and stakeholder requirements.
- Manage and maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Assist with learner test invigilation as required.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent the company professionally, upholding its values.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to learners and employers.
- Motivate and encourage learners to achieve their targets.
- Provide information, advice, and guidance to support learner progression.
- Support internal stakeholders with learner activity forecasting.
- Engage in external audits and quality inspections.
Business Growth:
- Contribute to business growth by managing costs effectively.
- Promote additional services to learners and employers.
- Maintain a full caseload and manage learners to complete their courses on time.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Level 2/3 qualification in Adult Care (or equivalent)
- Level 2 English and Maths.
- CAVA/A1/D32/33 qualification or equivalent
- Recent experience in vocational training and education.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, learner management systems, and virtual learning environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage targets and deadlines.
- Full driving licence.
Desirable Experience:
- Relevant teaching qualification and/or Level 4 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification.
- Experience developing lesson plans and training content.
- Relevant vocational qualifications.
