Duties

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist guests with menu selections, upselling specials or additional items to enhance their experience
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling and serving processes
- Manage tables effectively, ensuring timely clearing, resetting, and guest check-ins
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
