About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Gents Barber to join our busy and friendly barbershop in Peterborough.
We already have an established customer base and regular clients, with strong earning potential for the right barber. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service and wants to build a long-term career with a well-established team.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ professional barbering experience
* Strong gents barbering and grooming skills
* Confident with modern and traditional styles
* Excellent fading and cutting skills
* Good customer service and communication
* Reliable, professional and punctual
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Passionate about barbering and maintaining high standards
Your Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
* Fades, scissor cuts and traditional barbering
* Beard trimming and grooming
* Consulting with clients to understand their requirements
* Maintaining a clean and professional workstation
* Providing excellent customer service
* Building strong relationships with regular clients
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation

Working Hours
Full-time position.

Experience
Barbering: 2 years minimum required
Location
Peterborough – applicants must be able to reliably commute to the shop.
Pay: £24,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
