Gorilla Jobs is working with a well-established private and Denplan practice in Bristol, which has been serving its local community for approximately 40 years.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Associate Dentist to join a small, friendly and family-oriented practice with a strong established patient base and a full inherited book.
The practice owner is gradually looking to step back from the practice, creating the potential for the successful dentist to increase their days and take on a more significant role within the practice over time.
The Opportunity
- 2 days per week initially, with scope to increase
- Tuesday & Wednesday preferred, although Monday or Thursday can also be considered
- ASAP start
- Full inherited patient list
- Established private and Denplan patient base
- Previous associate was averaging approximately £15,000 gross per month
- Strong dental nurse team
- Excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for long-term stability and autonomy
About the Practice
- Established for approximately 40 years
- Private and Denplan focused
- Small, welcoming and family-oriented team
- 2 surgeries
- 1 hygienist
- 3 nurses, including 2 full-time and 1 part-time
- Strong reputation and long-standing patient relationships
Clinical Mix The practice provides a broad range of general and private dentistry, including:
- General dentistry
- Crown & bridge
- Dentures
- Basic endodontics
- Minor oral surgery
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Invisalign
- Implant cases are currently referred externally
About You The ideal dentist will have:
- 5+ years' experience in the UK
- Confidence working independently without supervision
- Broad general dentistry experience
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- A good understanding of private dentistry
- The ability to clearly explain treatment options and build strong patient relationships
