⭐ About the home:
This residential children's home in the New Forest offers a safe and nurturing environment to two young people aged between 10 and 18. The home looks to support young people with both EBD needs related to trauma, neglect and abuse.
There is currently four young people in placement within the company's two other children's homes, both of which are 'OUTSTANDING' home - both of which are aged 11 and have ADHD, and attend full-time education.
⭐ About the role:
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality care to vulnerable young people, build relationships with them and help them in becoming the best possible versions of themselves.
Shifts:
- 37.5 hours per week
- 1x sleep-in per week
- 07:00 - 22:00 / 07:00 - 14:00 / 14:30 - 22:00
What I'm looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year working within Residential Childcare
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full UK Driving License
