Job Description:
Inflata Nation, the UK’s Largest Indoor Inflatable Theme Park requires a General Manger to join the team. We are seeking a well experienced individual, to take the thriving business to the next level of success. Inflata Nation is an exciting company, aiming to delivering exceptional customer service whilst providing a fun filled environment for all ages. We are looking for a General Manager to deliver Inflata Nations core values of integrity, honestly, team work, enthusiasm and passion, whilst boosting the profitability of the site.
The ‘GM’ role consists of; leading the large team of staff/ managerial team, overseeing the daily running of the site, delivering exceptional customer service on all levels, maintaining the safety of the site, and aiding towards the profitability and growth of the business. Applicants must have strong communication skills, resilient leadership qualities, and organisational abilities to manage all departments and making sure they are performing at once.
It is the duty of the GM to ensure the site is in compliance will all company policies outlines in the Handbook. Also, the health and safety of the site is the responsibility of the GM, so all regulations must be followed and delivered throughout the site and team, whilst simultaneously maintaining customer care/ satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a General Manager and experience in the leisure industry. It is preferred if applicants have knowledge and experience in payroll management, Microsoft Office, and Rota Cloud.
The hours (40 hours pw) including late evenings, weekends and holidays. The GM must cater to the needs of the business, which may include working beyond the contracted hours and working hours.
Wage - 32,000
