Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to facilitate property sales and lettings, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Previous experience in administration or sales is advantageous, alongside strong organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying or renting properties, offering professional advice and guidance.
- Arrange viewings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the progression of sales or lettings from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using company CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local property trends and competitor activity.
- Liaise with vendors, landlords, prospective buyers, and tenants to ensure clear communication throughout the process.
- Assist with administrative duties such as preparing contracts, updating listings, and managing correspondence.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting properties across various channels including social media platforms.
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Administrative experience is desirable to handle documentation and data entry accurately.
- Multilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage in engaging a broader client base.
