Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic experienced forward thinking and proactive Event Production Officer to support the delivery of the Boroughs Annual Outdoor Events Programme. Job requirements:
- Support the Event Manager to deliver the development and management of community festivals and commercial hires of facilities in Vision’s Parks & Open Spaces
- Support and assist the Event Manager to facilitate major festivals and programmes with internal and external partners
- Oversee the coordination of the events diary ensure its regular distribution to partners.
Essential requirements:
- Evidence of continued self-improvement or professional development in Events Management
- IOSH Health and Safety Qualification
- Experience of working in an outdoor events environment
- Understanding of outdoor events equipment
- Intermediate IT Skills including Outlook, MS Teams, Access, Excel and Word
