About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support the smooth running of the Larick Centre and Enterprises team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and delivers excellent customer service.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, support day to‑to office operations, manage bookings and financial administration, and work closely with our Bookkeeper to ensure all financial information is accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Customer Service
- Provide a high‑quality administration service to the Larick Centre and Enterprises team.
- Greet, welcome, and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle daily office duties including preparing reports and maintaining a cloud‑based filing system.
- Order office supplies and liaise with vendors to maintain office equipment.
Bookings & Facility Support
- Manage the online room booking system.
- Process bookings, payments, and related administration tasks.
- Ensure all customers have paid in full, including following up on outstanding payments.
Financial Administration
- Process and check invoices, including preparing payments for bank authorisation.
- Input financial data into Sage software.
- Ensure all invoices, sales orders, and expenses are completed and filed for bookkeeper processing.
- Process payroll information for authorisation.
- Monitor and record petty cash.
- Collate financial information required for fund claim documents.
- Coordinate with the Bookkeeper to ensure all financial information is accurate and submitted on time.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Strong administrative experience in a busy environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with financial processes (invoices, payments, expenses).
- Experience using financial software (Sage preferred but not essential).
- Good communication skills and a customer focused‑focused approach.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based‑based systems.
