Job Summary
The Multi-Site Events Officer is responsible for helping to co-ordinate and deliver churchwide events while supporting location-specific events across all campuses. This role ensures that events are planned, communicated and executed consistently across the church, providing operational excellence and creating memorable experiences that align with the church's vision, culture and ministry objectives. The role works collaboratively with location teams, ministry leaders, team members and external suppliers to ensure every event is delivered to a high standard.
An understanding of and alignment with The Liberty Church's Christian ethos and values is essential. Familiarity with TLC and its ministry would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Churchwide Events ● Support coordination of the planning and delivery of all churchwide events from concept through to post-event evaluation. ● Develop event timelines, project plans and checklists to ensure successful execution. ● Support cross-functional planning meetings with ministry departments and location teams. ● Ensure churchwide events remain within approved budgets and timelines. ● Support with management of event logistics including venues, suppliers, equipment, production, catering, transportation and guest experience. ● Conduct post-event reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Multi-Site Event Coordination ● Support each church location in planning and delivering local events that align with the church's overall standards and vision. ● Ensure consistency in branding, guest experience and operational excellence across all locations. ● Coordinate shared event resources, equipment and suppliers between locations. ● Provide event planning support and to location staff and ministry leaders. ● Maintain event documentation, templates and planning resources for all campuses.
- Event Operations ● Set up and maintain events on church management and event registration platforms. ● Coordinate venue bookings for services, conferences, training events and special programmes. ● Support management of event risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and legal requirements. ● Respond to operational issues during events and implement effective solutions.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management ● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal ministries, location teams and external vendors. ● Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve value for money while maintaining quality. ● Prepare booking confirmations, contracts and event documentation. ● Manage venue hire enquiries where applicable.
Requirements
- The right to work in the UK
- BSc Degree.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

Pay: £24,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
