Role purpose
To support the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce function through accurate product data execution, upload administration, and stock record maintenance, working within established trading direction and approval processes.
Key responsibilities
Product uploads & setup
- Execute product uploads, including SKUs, variants and attributes, across Shopify, PVX and Airtable
- Upload products using approved imagery supplied by the Content team
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of product information across Shopify, WMS and internal databases
- Carry out regular website and product audits to identify and correct errors
- Ensure product listings and collections remain coherent and aligned across all channels
Purchase orders & stock administration
- Enter purchase order information into the warehouse management system accurately and on time
- Investigate delivery discrepancies to support resolution of stock issues and credits
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries and stock movements
- Support periodic audits of purchase orders and stock data
Merchandising execution
- Execute merchandising of key collections in line with agreed trading direction
- Ensure merchandising changes are implemented accurately as instructed, not independently defined
Data accuracy & support
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy across all assigned systems
- Provide data and administrative support to Data, Trading and Operations teams as required
- Proactively identify and flag data issues or risks to the E-commerce Trading Supervisor
General
- Liaise with the E-commerce Manager and E-commerce Trading Supervisor to ensure execution aligns with trading priorities
- Deliver accurate product uploads in line with the agreed live schedule
- Attend meetings with the E-commerce Manager and Trading Supervisor as required
Controls & boundaries
- Trading strategy, merchandising direction, pricing decisions and collection planning are retained elsewhere in the business
- The role operates within established data compliance standards, processes and documentation, and is execution-focused rather than decision-making
Experience & skills
Essential
- Proven experience in an e-commerce, product data or administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar (data entry, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP or similar)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently within defined processes
Desirable
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Experience using Airtable
- Experience with Shopify (or comparable e-commerce platform)
- Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders across trading, content and operations teams
Pay: £26,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
