Roslin Day nursery is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. We are based in a beautiful Victorian house with ample garden spaces for each age group. The rooms are light and airy and provide a home from home experience.
We are looking for a nursery practitioner/assistant to support our small friendly team. You will assist the staff with supporting and caring for children aged 0-5 years.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to cover at short notice between 8am-6pm all year through. This is not a term time position. You should be willing to learn and enjoy supporting children with activities to promote their development and learning and be very proactive and take initiative to complete all routine jobs from cleaning to changing nappies etc.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in working in a nursery, a DBS and right to work in UK.
The hours of work will vary each week and may range from 0-25 hours.
There may be an opportunity to work more regulars hours in the future.
