- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries and supporting client relationship managers
- Assist in IT-related tasks as needed, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesfoce or similar platforms
- Strong sales administration skills with attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
