Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components using various welding techniques. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be crucial in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.
Duties:
- Perform welding tasks according to specifications and drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and weld metal components
- Be competent in MIG/TIG including Stainless. Braizing is a bonus.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
- Proven experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing industry's
- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawing and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different welding techniques, including MIG/TIG/Braze
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in welding
- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance
