Tractor Technical Instructor
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: 37.5 per week

The Role
As a Technical Trainer, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging course materials and resources.
- Develop blended learning materials for online training and assessments.
- Deliver technical training through both virtual and in-person methods.
- Monitor market trends and tailor training to meet dealer and customer needs.
- Promote best practice and share expertise across the dealer network.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
- Industry-recognised qualifications and extensive hands-on experience.
- Solid knowledge of tractors, engines, and their control systems.
- Previous experience as a service technician within the agricultural industry.
- Deep understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for developing others and delivering a high-quality training experience.
- Training delivery experience is desirable, but not essential.
Hours of Work
- Full-time, minimum 37.5 hours per week (according to business needs).
- Please note: This role does not attract an overtime rate.
