We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves working on a variety of projects that require expertise across multiple trades, including carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, tiling, and fabrication. Responsibilities
- Execute a range of construction tasks across multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, tiling and fabrication
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out various building activities.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and systems within residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site promptly and propose effective solutions to minimise delays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, tiling, welding or electrical work.
- Demonstrable knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across various tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges on-site.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are desirable but not essential.
- Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights when necessary.
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: £200.00-£230.00 per day
