We’re expanding our fulfilment team at Just Bee!
As one of The Sunday Times 100 fastest growing companies in 2026, we are seeking a reliable and hard working Fulfilment Supervisor to provide hands-on support at the heart of our fulfilment centre.
You will be responsible for managing the fulfilment team, ensuring orders are packed, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily workflows, allocate resources, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across the department.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving, team development, and operational excellence. You'll take ownership of fulfilment performance, stock control, quality assurance, and health and safety, ensuring targets are consistently met in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the fulfilment centre, ensuring orders are packed, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Manage daily workloads and allocate tasks effectively across the team
- Ensure all 2nd Class mail is dispatched by 2pm and all 1st Class mail by 3pm
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and accuracy against operational targets
- Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions where required
- Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee stock control processes
- Manage relationships with third-party couriers and resolve any logistics or service issues
- Ensure compliance with QMS procedures and lead audit activities
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal fulfilment activity
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient fulfilment centre environment
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and support the fulfilment team to achieve daily and weekly targets
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational and personnel issues
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency
- Take ownership of fulfilment performance, service levels, and operational reporting
About You
- Previous experience at a supervisor level within a fulfilment, warehouse, logistics, or operations environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage workloads in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing third party courier relationships and fulfilment processes
- Comfortable using fulfilment and inventory management systems
- Proactive, organised, and accountable, with a hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable lifting up to 13kg
- Able to work on your feet for long periods and carry out the physical demands of a fast-paced fulfilment environment
Working Hours & Conditions
- There are 3 shifts available - please specify in your CV or email which shift you are applying for (START DATE SEPT 2026)
- Monday - Friday 16:00 - 00:00 (Midnight)
- Saturday and Sunday 8:00 - 16:00
- Saturday and Sunday 16:00 - 00:00 (Midnight)
- 6 month fixed term contract
- Ad-hoc overtime may be required by agreement
- Minimum three weeks notice required for holiday requests
- No holidays in November or the first half of December without prior approval
Performance
All team members are accountable for achieving their weekly targets, which are reviewed at team meetings. As a supervisor you will be expected to communicate key shift information effectively to management to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.
